Terms and conditions

1. Generally depends on the inventory situation. We will try to maintain an accurate inventory quantity on our website, but sometimes there may be inventory discrepancies, so we will not be able to satisfy all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with available products and contact you to decide if you want to wait for replenishment or if you want us to process a refund.

2. Transportation cost The transportation cost is calculated at the time of checkout based on the weight, size and destination of the items in the order. Shipping costs will be charged with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping to the customer.

3. Return

3.1 Returning goods due to changes in mentality As long as we receive our return request within 30 days after receiving the product request, Checha will happily accept the return of the original packaging due to a change of mind, unused and available for resale. The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer, and the transportation needs to be arranged by themselves. After receiving the return and accepting the return, the refund will be processed to store future purchases. Once this is done, we will notify you via email. (  Che Cha  ) The value of the returned goods will be refunded, but the value of any freight paid will not be refunded.

3.2 Warranty returns

Che Cha  Will be happy to honor any valid claim, as long as the claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item. The customer will be required to prepay the return shipping fee, but after successfully obtaining the return, we will refund you. After returning the items used for warranty claims, you can expect  Che Cha  Process your claim within 7 days. After confirming the warranty claim, you will be able to choose:

(A) Refund by your payment method (b) Refund by shop credit (c) Replacement items sent to you (if in stock)

4. Delivery terms

4.1 Transportation time Normally, the transportation time of goods is 7 days

4.2 International shipping time

Usually, orders for international shipments are transferred within 4 to 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier company you choose. When you choose express delivery at checkout, we can provide a more specific estimate.

4.3 scheduling time

Usually shipped within 2 working days after the order is paid. Our warehouse operates during normal working hours from Monday to Friday, but the warehouse will be closed on national statutory holidays. In this case, we will take measures to ensure that delivery delays are minimized.

4.4 Change the delivery address

For requests to change the delivery address, we can change the address at any time before placing the order.

4.5 point box transportation

Che Cha  Will be shipped to the post office box. Use only the email address of the postal service. We cannot provide courier services to these locations.

4.6 Military address sending

We were not able to use USPS to ship to military addresses. We cannot use the courier service to provide this service.

4.7 Out of stock

If an item is out of stock, we will ship it immediately and send out the remaining items as soon as they are returned.

4.8 Delivery time has exceeded

If the delivery time exceeds the estimated time, please contact us so that we can investigate.

5. Tracking notifications

After the shipment, the customer will receive a tracking link and they will be able to track the progress of the shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

6.  The package was damaged in transit

If you find that the package is damaged in transit, please reject the courier's package as much as possible and contact our customer service. If the package is delivered in your absence, please contact customer service for the next step.

7. Tariff

7.1 Sales tax has been applied to the price of goods displayed on the sales tax website

7.2 Import duties and taxes For international transportation, import duties and taxes may be required. Che Cha  These fees are pre-calculated and displayed at checkout, allowing customers to choose to prepay these duties and taxes, or choose to pay separately when they arrive in the destination country. Che Cha   Encourage customers to pay duties and taxes in advance because they can shorten the delivery time because they are less likely to be delayed by customs in the destination country. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes on arrival in the destination country, the goods will be returned to Checha  , The cost is borne by the customer, and the customer will get a refund of the value of the returned goods, minus the return shipping fee. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

8. Cancellation If you change your mind before receiving the order, we can accept the cancellation at any time before placing the order. If you have already placed an order, please refer to our refund policy.

9. The insurance amount for loss and damage of the insurance package shall not exceed the value specified by the courier.

9.1 Procedures for handling package damage on the way Once the courier completes the investigation of the claim, we will process a refund or replacement.

9.2 Handling of package loss during transportation Once the courier has investigated and believes that the package is lost, we will process a refund or replace the package.
